Clinical social worker

Ashlee Olsen

I believe every person (and every relationship) is capable of growth and change.

Welcome, Iā€™m Ashlee.

We all have stories we tell ourselves about how we view the world, the people in it, and our own worth. This inner dialogue started in childhood, and was affected by our environment, experiences, and our caregivers. Most people are not aware of how their inner dialogue is impacting their daily lives, motivation, self esteem, and relationships.

I firmly believe that loving and healthy connections heal our souls, help us during our lowest of lows, and bring us joy. I love to help people rekindle connections they feel they might have lost, recognize the connections they currently have, and form new connections along the way. I believe the most important connection we have is the connection with self. Strengthening this connection is the most difficult, but most rewarding part of the journey.
